Riding Lessons
We offer horseback riding lessons for ages 5 and up and levels in Western and English disciplines, accommodating all experience levels from beginner to advanced.
The following series of Solutions-Based-Thinking questions is commonly used:

What is your horse doing wrong? (What is the problem?)

What do you want him to do? (What is the desired result?)

How can you get him to do what you want?

How can you achieve that?
Beginner Riding Lessons
Our beginning horseback riding lessons allow children (and their parents) to find out if horsemanship is something that they want to pursue seriously. They will learn how to groom and tack a horse and how to ride in Western or English disciplines. They will increase their balance and coordination and gain self confidence. Horse and tack are provided.
Intermediate to Advanced Riding Lessons
Private horseback riding lessons focus on individual skill development and problem solving techniques. We train the riders to be aware of their horse and ways to achieve the desired movement from their horse. We are teaching more than just how to ride; we are teaching riders how to train.
Advanced riders generally own or lease a horse and join our equestrian team.
